Commission Statutes

The Constitution and Ethics Committee is responsible for monitoring and advising on the correct interpretation of the Constitution.

Its task is to give advice to the Council of Governors, districts, clubs and members on legal and statutory matters.

The Committee shall ensure the correct interpretation and application of the Statutes and Rules of Procedure.
It supports the Governors in their task and is more specifically in charge of

– Drafting and researching proposals for amendments to the Statutes and Rules;
– Examining disputes submitted to arbitration and informing the Governors;
– Formulating opinions on matters relating to the rules and regulations
