The Committee on International Conventions and European Forums shall arrange for participation in the International Convention and the European Forum.
During the International Convention, the President and outgoing Governors are relieved of their duties and responsibilities. During the same session, the newly elected members are officially appointed. It goes without saying that this is a festive event. During the international convention many international workshops are organised on the topics dealt with in the different commissions.
As usual, each year the district governors and the CC are accompanied on this trip by members of their club and other Lions. The International Conventions and Forum Committee organises the trip, which is supplemented by a suitable programme on site.
